Hey, I am thinking of ripping off the heat plate to my athlon, it is stable at 900 mhz, but I want more. Anyway I was thinking of modding a socket cooler, such as alpha or fop32 to fit on the slot then add some ram heat sinks with arctic silver epoxy to my cache chips. Of course I will have a blow hole cut above the processor on the side of the case to cool the ram sinks. Anyone have any experience or any advice would be welcome?!?
