IDE2 Dead on KT7RAID

Hello the other day my computer stopped recognicing my IDE2 channel at POST. Windows recognices it (removed in safemode, and was detected and installed at reeboot).I used to have my cdrom master on IDE1, CDRW master IDE2 and HD on Raid controller IDE3. Have checked the BIOS settings, tried new drivers, tested the drives on other channels (they worked and so did the cables) Any suggstions, I'm thinking MB failiure....
