Promise ... Adaptec ... Opinions?

I plan to run RAID 0 with 2 20gb Maxtors and have a 30 for storage of critical items.

You could always get a mobo w/ onboard IDE raid, or a standalone of a Promise FastTrack TX2 would do the job. I personally use the FT TX2 on my 8KHA+.

I have 3ware`s 2 channel controller and it works perfectly !
