IDE or ATA to SATA

Hey Guys,

Couple Questions here. Would appreciate an answer.

I have a 400GB Seagate ATA and my new motherboard a ECS P965T-A Vers. 1.0 only has one IDE connector, which I probably will use for a DVD-Rom or an optical drive. However, the mobo has multiple SATA Connectors. What to do? and How do i make my IDE into a SATA?

Second.
Many modules of memory have different voltages. I am really confused about that...Which voltage is required for the Intel P965 Chipset? Or can any be used?

THANKS SO MUCH

For the HD - you can get a IDE to SATA adapter -
Or you can get an IDE card that adds 4 more IDE devices -

Memorry - any memory will work - must be DDR2

Can anyone confirm the voltage requirements on the ECS P965T-A Vers.1.0, because many people on Newegg user reviews claim that certain motherboards require certain memory voltage requirements.

ThankS!
