IDE HDD's looking freaky/corrupted or something

All the filenames are random gibberish as well as the folders. It retains the same general structure, and the same file size, but its all messed up.


If anyone can help me with this I would be greatly appreciative, there's 160 Gb's of data on there that I need off 🙁
 
Brand new system I put together, running a 160GB SATA hdd


I stuck both of my 80's in there one at a time, and they both turn up looking like that.

The 40GB I stuck in there works fine.



Oh, and If I click on the folder to open it, it cant open it because the name isnt valid or something...
