Ide hdd

i decided to upgrade my pc with
Core i3 2100
ASUS P8H61-M PLUS V2 Motherboard
2x2gb ram
but there is a problem with hard disk , i brought a new 160gb ide hdd last august
and due to too much high prices of hdd now·a·days i'm not in the mood of buying a new one.
please tell me how to use ide hdd on sata header?
i'll buy new hdd later

You would need something like this, but I strongly suggest buying a SATA drive. I would not use this or anything like it in a permanent install. I would only use these as a temporary way to access the drive.
