Ide drives setup

Im wondering which is the most efficient and best performing way to set up my ide drives . I have Western Digital 80 gig 7200 rpm , Western Digital 13 gig 5400 rpm, Liteon 16x DVD-rom , TDK 32x CDRW . I know its not good to have the dvd and cdrw on the same channel cuz I do a lotta on the fly copies . So I guess my only real question is what I should do about the hard drives . I dont need all 93 gigs , 80 is fine enough so I wouldnt mind leavign out the 13 gig since its a slow 5400 rpm . Im installing win xp pro ntfs fiel system . Should I use the 13 gig for the OS and use the 80 gig for data or should I use the 80 gig for everything or should I partition the 80 gig into 2 (1 for OS and 1 for data) . I wonder whats more efficient having the 5400 rpm be a dedicated unpartitioned OS drive and have the 7200 for data drive or to use only the 7200 with 2 partitions .

ALWAYS use your fastest HD for the OS. IT will give you faster performance. I would just use your slower 13g for a extra storage and achrive area, but it mostly depends on what you use your PC for.
