HightPoint makes them.
Also, a company call SiliconImage(?) (formerly known as CMD) also makes IDE controllers. I think they make the best ones actually since they are also compatible with non-hard disks type devices such as CD-ROMs, DVD, ZIP drives etc. And they show up as IDE controllers in the System Control Panel.
The last time I tried HighPoint and Promise controllers, their IDE controllers show up as SCSI controllers in the control panel. And they were really incompatible with non-hard drive devices.
