ide controller driver problems-HELP!!

First of all my computer is running fine. However when I go to the device manager there is a yellow exclamation point on the primary device driver. I have two harddrives, on the primary channel I have a 20GB uta 100 western digital, on the secondary channel I have an older quantum 2.3 and my cd rom drive. I didn't have this exclamation point untill I tried to benchmark my drive with HDTach. It made my system crash(blue screen of insanity). It seems that there is no driver loaded. Do I load the driver from my win 98 cd in the storage-WD folder or the ide driver from via 4in1. Or do I just leave well enough alone since everything is working. Please i need help.

Thanks
