But she clearly gave reasons for why mRNA should be outlawed. In the end it all boiled down to the fact that she wants Idaho to go a different route. She is profoundly in love with the fact that this is her opinion and what any rational person dealing with science would otherwise conclude is totally besides the question. She has managed to grow to maturity without without a glimmer of realization that for whatever idiotic reason she wants what she wants it has no relationship whatsoever to what actual facts indicate what course of action would be best to take. If reality wins in Idaho she is going to be in for a world of disappointment and hurt, the kind we have all been through in the process of maturation.

When that little Idahoan girl who once said, “But Daddy!! I asked for a palomino, not a buckskin pony. NOT FAIR!!!!!” [stamps feet and screams] grows up and gets elected.

Edit: Just saw her other bill would require “conspicuous labeling” of any livestock food products if the animal has been vaccinated—sale of products would be prohibited without the label.

It's interesting that it's specifically for administering/providing the mRNA vaccine to "an individual or mammal".

I looked into applied science degrees available from her alma mater. The closest thing I could find is the Department of Applied Plant Science which offers AAS and BS degrees ranging from floral design to what might be legit ag degrees.

Isn't nearly all livestock in the US required to be vaccinated for various things?

Nichols, one of the lawmakers sponsoring this bill, says she's had concerns about the COCID-19 vaccine, because it was administered under an emergency use authorization, before receiving FDA approval.
The bill would essentially make it a misdemeanor for anyone to administer an mRNA vaccine, in the state of Idaho.
"We have issues that this was fast tracked. There's no liability, there's no access to data. The risk benefit analysis has not been done. There's no informed consent," Nichols said.

Just playing the rights greatest hits. I love that now that it has been fully authorized they are still holding the emergency use authorization against it. COVID vaccine data is likely the most available drug trail data of any drug made in the last 50 years. Plus who didn't have informed consent? People weren't getting shot with darts.

I'm a fairly arrogant person yet I find it implausible that I could do anything with vaccine data other than make hat or a brooch or a pterodactyl. And it turns out that the people who know how to analyze vaccine data have access to it.

Idaho, where all politicians have the IQ of a potato.

Having lived in the "Famous Potatoes" state a few times, I can say with absolute certainty...Idaho is the West Virginia/Kentucky of the western USA.

Some more fun stuff from the brain trust that is the Republican party.

Lawmaker Tammy Nichols Idaho.gov link

Her page claims she's attained a degree in applied science, but doesn't define which area of study. Based on the R candidates proclivity for lying about who they are, I would need some actual proof lol.
Show me your Masters in biology, at least.
