I bought a stick of 128 Mg (100). It's from Taiwan has a yellow warranty void if remove sticker and a symbol with the letters ipa under it.The sysmol looks like 2 number 9's (one inside the other) with a diamond shaped box inside the smaller (inside) 9. It has 8 chips on one side and two larger chips and three tiny chips on the other.

The two largest chips have the following info

LSA935
g 0021 (then two triangle shapes)
WVC21903.
Korea

The eight smaller chips have

FMC
M1888808TS-07
0118

Any clues - My guess is it's 7ns memory but other than that????
