I'm sure they're causing long-term damage but they probably don't care.

I'm curious though...I know that your jumping ability is naturally limited, but how much could one improve with training? I can't jump worth sh!t anymore, despite being in good condition...I work out my upper body more than my lower...but how much would things improve if I were to target my legs?
I want to leap tall buildings in a single bound and whatnot![]()
