I hopped on the CCFL UV deal because it was 4.50 for a set, and they ship to Canada. They said 4-7 days, and it's already been 10. Emails go unanswered, no DC on the package.. this is annoying.

Can I refund my order without having to pay surcharges?

Call them, I had to deal with their CS once because of a typo in my address. I had to call them 3 times to finally get things straightened out... They're slow as all hell and they don't bother answering email but calling them gets their attention.

Thats why you shoud've gone to Performance PCs excellent site, excellent prices, and they sleeve everything they sell with a wire
