I'm not pessimistic, I'm a realist. Don't confuse the two because they seem similar. () The shit about my appearance is being worked on, but it'll take like five years until I look around 20. (Currently stuck in the 15 year old zone) Again, not much I can do about my looks since even if I did gain lots of muscle I would still have this pretty fugly mug on my shoulders.

Quite simply because you're doing it wrong. Take in enough calories with a good ratio of macronutrients and hit the weights hard and properly and you WILL put on muscle mass. Period. You are not some genetic special case where matter goes in and vanishes. As usual, you are a complete bullshitter.
