I'd like to double check something on my Zalman 5.1 headphones.

Hi, I'm new to the whole 5.1 surround sound deal. I read the instructions on how to connect my headphones to the back of my A7N8X-DX mobo, but I just want to double check to see if I did this correctly. Here is where I put in the plugs:

I have neither of these, but I'll try to help anyway heh.

Looking at Zalman's site, it looks like
White = Front
Gray = Rear
Black = Center

So, on your motherboard, Green = Front for sure
and you wouldn't plug into blue (line in) or pink (mic)

so, worst case is that you have the Rear and Center mixed up, and it sounds like you looked it up so you're probably right.

This should be easy enough to tell though is you put in a DVD or something, the voices should be coming out of both sides (I'd imagine, haven't used the Zalmans) and if you have the wrong plug in, the voices will only be coming out of one side.
