ICS w/ Win2k Server and Win2k Professional

Can someone please help me set up an ICS connection w/ these two machines. The Server one has the cable connection and two NICs. I tried to configure it but the other machine can't connect to the internet. Thanks
 
I still can't get ICS to work. Is it different for server edition? I got an IP of 192.168.0.1 for my LAN on the host computer and I manually assigned 192.168.0.254 for the client. should I have it assign an IP automatically? Someone please let me know, thanks. Also, i can't share files or drives, what's the process for doing that atleast. Thanks.
