ICS porblem

I have 3 computers on my network. I installed ICS(Win98SE) on the server and made a client disk. I poped the client disk into the second comp on the network and got the internet working on that one. On the third comp, the internet won't work. I put the client disk and ran through the setup but it still won't detect the connection with the browser or ICQ. All 3 computers show up on the network and from any computer I can access the others reasources. Any one have any ideas on how I could get the third comp to detect the connection?

first check hardware...wires...rule of thumb...
try pingin the comp..if it wont ping..you arent connected...check protocols..make sure you have tcp/ip ipx/spx...etc..installed...last check if u are same workgroup...check all netware drivers...see if there are any conflicts...sometimes nic and sound card conflict...see what ya got...update us...
