ICS in Windows ME

Has anyone installed ICS in Windows ME? I cannot get it to install on my machine correctly. Just before the wizard terminates it gives me a dialog box telling me that there was an error accessing Netconn.exe and if I continue to have this problem to restart my machine. It does this everytime I try to install ICS. Anyone have any solutions/suggestions as to what is happening? Any advice will be appreciated. 🙁
 
I never had any luck installing winICS if I didn't specify ICS during installation. Even when I did have ICS working, I had serious problems with it as detailed in the post "WinME and Ports". My suggestion is to go with plain simple Sygate 4.0 which I'm using now and loving.
