ICS and PacBell ADSL

2 machines with win98se
using Enternet software...that created a ppoe adapter...
one machine is doing ICS...
computers can ping and see each other...can share files...i have gone though IE options changed the defaulkt adpater to be the dial up adapter....
i am sharing using the dial up adapter as suggested by microsft...

still unable to connect with the client computer...any other suggestions?

I have installed ICS long time ago with Cable connection, so I am not familiar with the DSL aspect of such arrangement.
