Icqmutl.dll error?

I am getting an icqmutl.dll error evertime I try to launch icq. I even uninstalled it and redownloaded it and installed and I still am getting this error whenever it launches.
Is there anything I can do?

I had a similar problem, this may sound stupid, but go back to the ICQ site, and join the icq help chat, you will most likely find an answer there...
