Anyone tried ICQ Webbie?

I've been looking for something like this for a long time. It's basically a java icq client that you can use over the internet. Similar to AOL IM Express.

I tried it and it says I have no contacts. I thought it was suppossed to load up my contacts from my normal icq account. Anyone know if that's the case?
