If you go in ebay you will see people are selling 6 digit ICQ numbers but that's it....doubt you will get anything for that.

If you are that hung up for money, I suggest you get a job.

ICQ is a dinosaur, and it's been on it's last leg for years. If only they'd finally give it the axe and develop for a more accepted messaging clients.

Girl at work just bought a motorcycle with the license plate of "NYCRACR" (or something similar) and I tried to get her to eBay it, but she's decided to just let it go and get her own plate.

ICQ is by far the best instant messenger, even since it came out, and it always will be :)

things like MSN suck royal ass.

Correction... WAS the best messenger... a message service is no good if you don't know anyone who uses it. Sorry, but random chats are a little too junior high for me.

Of course, its still good if you use Trillian. I can't understand how poeple can stand MSN messengers. Got to be one of the most horrible interfaces ever.

I got in on ICQ fairly early... both my wife and I have UINs that are less than 500K.

I used to like ICQ the best before the client really started getting bloated. I switched to trillian because I refuse to run 4 clients just so I can keep up with everyone.

I miss the reall time chat of the old 98 client. :)

true... they failed to innovate past few years while MSN came outta nowhere and appealed more to the public (and having it preinstalled in wxp doesnt hurt either eh)... but what good is a IM client if none of your buddies use it?
