ICQ lite question

The option to turn it off is somewhere in preference, its called the welcome page or something. I used Lite for 1 hours and deleted it right away. What a POS. Back to normal version for me.
 
It is in the preferences.

Click Main -> Preferences & Security -> Contact List

At the bottom unclick Show the "Welcome to ICQ Lite" screen button.

BAM! You're done 😀
 
hmm. lol..

I don't like trillian. I just have ICQ, Yahoo and AIM open all the time.
 
just switch to pro, lite loses too many features.

ussually lite means you get rid of useless features like voice coms, not simple things like send to multiple users😛 come on.yeeessh.
 
speaking of icq, is there an ICQ express like AIM express? I'm on someone else's computer and I don't want to install icq.
 
I used ICQ lite for a very short time too.
nothing like the original ICQ. has no features and the only message mode is what i hated most about non-ICQ IM's
I use ICQ 2003 and I like it much more.
