ICQ is on crack

Okay, this is just straight up WIERD. My ICQ has not been able to connect for several days now, and when I'm online I cannot access their website even. I've disconnected, reconnected, and it seems to be working for everyone else. I'm located near Tacoma, WA and am using a dialup service (www.nocharge.com) that has been none other than exceptional in every way for the past several months. Any ideas on why ICQ just up and decided to give me the shaft?

 

Tried reinstalling?
Mabey using an older version of ICQ and the servers in your settings are old?

That's very odd..Hmm.

Have you tried Netzero or something and see if it works?

That would not explain not being able to access the website through IE though. I'm using 2000b, and www.icq.com as the site.

I was blocked from M$'s update site for a few months. I checked with my ISP and all that stuff, but the problem ended up being my computer. Evidently, some proggies that I had installed had some malicious code in them that blocked me from that site. I formatted and re-installed Windows and was able to get back to the update site again.

I connected on Juno and it's letting me on....wierd. I wonder if they blocked my ISP or if my ISP blocked them. This is heinous to say the least..
