ICQ database question :(

I just formatted my C: drive and installed WinME.

Before I formatted C: I decided to make a back-up of my ICQ 2000b directory on another partition.
I have now re-installed ICQ 2000b but cannot figure out how to get my old contacts from the saved directory.

Running the DB convertor does not work, the only time I've seen that work is when you upgrade to a newer version.

So how can I get all my contacts from the backup folder onto my current install of ICQ 2000b?

You have to copy the whole directory over.....perhaps thats not what you should do but it works for me.. 🙂
Btw WinME is way better than Win 98 SE so far...... 🙂
 
Actually that was the first thing that I did after trying the DBconverter thingy - copying the 2000b folder..but, it didn't work even tried copying the whole thing and pasting then tried the contents and pasting into the 2000b folder but unfortunately I still had a blank contact list.
Only when I copied over the entire backup folder did my contacts re-appear...?
Next time I format/install I'll try again..though hopefully that will not be for some time 🙂
