Anyone got file transfers to work with 2001b and a router? If so which ports did you forward?

Perferences -> Connections -> Server

check using firewall
check not using proxy

no need to forward any ports

That link sucks =), they just tell you you need a listening port between 1000 and 65000 lol.

Bored, you actually gotten that to work behind a router?

yup, read it on linksys' website.

<< Q: Does the Cable/DSL router support ICQ send file?
A: Yes, with the follwing fix:
ICQ menu-> preference -> connections tab->
check "I am behind a firewall or proxy " and set the firewall time out to 80 seconds in firewall setting, then Internet user can send file to user behind router for the first time connection!
