ICQ 2000, getting it to not be always on top

How the fook do you get ICQ 2000 not to be always on top? Man I wish there was an alternative more people used, cause all the worthless features they're adding to this program make me crazy! I just wanna send damn messages!

There is an option in preferences which lets you disable "Always on top." Have a look around, I am sure it's in there somewhere...
