In my setting my color depth is 32 bit my resolution at 1024 X 768 pixels and my refresh rate at 85 Hertz. And my Voodoo3 card and my monitor supports all of the above.
Also under Display Properties | Effects i have selected "Show Icons using all possible colors". The icons used to appear at high colors just fine under these settings. But lately all the Icons sort of look ugly. I have allready tried playing around with a different settings like color depth setting and resolution and so forth but nothing worked. Anyone have an idea. I would realy appreciate it.
