Icons change places when mouse move

My sister says that at her computer at work, when she moves the mouse the icons on the desktop rearrange, making it hard to click on them. Sounds like some kind of virus or hack, but I haven't been able to find information on something that might have this effect. I can't see that computer, to get a better idea of what is done. Have any of you seen such a thing before?
