Does anyone know how to change the horizontal and vertical spacing of icons INSIDE the folder?

More infor please. Inside of what folder? What icons? What VIEW?
 
For just about any folder that has icons. The user folder, a games folder, etc. I have it set to show medium icons, but would like to know if it is possible to "space them a little further apart" from each other.

No, all you can do is change the View. Anything but List or Details is inefficient anyway. If you want 'em farther apart, use large icons or thumbnials.
