Icon placement on restarts screwed up

I place my icons where I like 'em on the desktop. But on every restart, they get lined up & down on each side of screen. Nothing is checked in the rite click properties box. Nothing in tweakUI either. Is there any other place to check?....registry?
 
Damaged Thanks, that worked. I knew the registry was the last resort, just didn't know what part. again, thanks.
