Icon on Desktop Change

My Briefcase, how do I change the Icon on the desktop. When I open properties, I get just to options General & Sharing.
 
You don't have a shortcut tab when you open properties?

I really don't remember this particular one, since I haven't been using the My Briefcase icon for years already.
 
Well, it is very easy in XP. Right click on the icon and then select APPEARANCE and change it.
