ICON for D:\ Drive is missing in MY COMPUTER -- suggestions?

Hi, just purchased new laptop with Windows XP Home and after using it for a week, I discovered the icon for D:\ Drive for the Sony Memory stick is missing listed in My Computer. It shows as D:\ but the icon is a white file.

Funny little glitch! Does anyone know how the procedure on how to recover the missing icon or change it to a different icon?

well...if it's XP home, I'd try to find the "roll back feature" That might be considered a last result...but who know?
 
Yeah, I'll give that a try. I'm sure there's a registry command somewhere that allows you to change it back.
