I wanna know how you get 1600 bucks from an ATM. I've never seen one let anybody have more than 400 at a time.
And WHY would you get that much cash from an ATM even if you could? That seems like a bad idea, for obvious reasons.
I also wanna know how they identified the man so quickly. Was he watching the woman? Why did she wait until 2 in the morning to make such a withdrawal?
