I think I've decided to go with the new IceQ4 HD4850 Models but they have two versions now.

NewEgg HIS IceQ HD4850's

For the extra $35.00 bucks, is it worth it? I usually upgrade my Video Cards about every 12-18 months and the most demanding games I'll be playing are BIO Shock, FEAR, UT3 maybe. Max Resolutions will be 1600x1200 4xAA 16xAF. I'd like to run 8xAA if I can get away with it (Maybe that @ 1280x1024).

Should I get the 1GB model?

Nah, the 512 version will be plenty.

If you want to heat dumped out of your case, then the IceQ is the best option. If internal heat really isn't an issue (No OCing, good ambients) , then any plain Jane 4850 will do.
