Initial reviewers said that they were supplied with some noisy, ultra high-flow (industrial) fans. I would expect you would be replacing the stock fans with your own anyways. Add another $50 for your favorite RGB solution.

Threadripper cooling options are fairly limited and fairly expensive in some instances. This could be interesting. For most other platforms, this seems less compelling.
