the ice is over, not horrible, we have about 1/4" on everything, but they closed schools and i am working from home, but now the snow is coming! we are in the area that is likely to get the most for KC area

Today: Periods of snow, freezing rain and sleet, becoming all snow after noon. High near 28. North northeast wind around 18 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.

Tonight: Periods of snow. The snow could be heavy at times. Low around 17. North northwest wind between 15 and 18 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 10 to 14 inches possible.

Friday: Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 29. West northwest wind between 7 and 16 mph.

Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 9. West southwest wind between 5 and 8 mph.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 29. West wind between 5 and 7 mph.

Think we are supposed to get freezing rain, then sleet, then the snow. They're guessing less than an inch though... stupid south. 🙁

Yup, looks like we're going to have some fun today. The Ice yesterday wasn't that bad, luckily.

I work for the power company, so I don't get to leave if a bunch of power outages start to happen.
