I don't have to post about every topic.

My post that you quoted was about certain people claiming I am guilty of supporting X, Y or Z just because I didn't comment about it.

Which is total Bull Shit.

You freely come to this forum to talk about your opinions on topics post in a thread..

You put more effort to not to say it you support or not support a specific topic.

Personally one of the most important aspects of me supporting or doing something is if I can in the future I say and be proud of the decision I made.

Not giving an answer on a topic shows me you are questioning if you support your stance is the best

As this person said: if anyone should be thanked for their service, it should be ordinary nobodies who stood up and said "no" when armed agents came to their home without a proper warrant.

Yes. It may take a lot more bravery to stand up to tyranny at home than abroad.

When you travel with the armed forces to face down tyranny abroad, you are trained for it. It's why you are there, so it's just the expected thing, and you are with your comrades in arms, who have your back.

When standing up to tyranny at home, you are often untrained, alone, and what is expected is for you to cave to authority.

Lived in that neighborhood when I lived in Chicago.

If the 2024 election can result in such violation of civil rights for American citizens, then Americans have no rights.
We are simply serfs waiting for the next lash of the whip to fall upon us at the whim of a tyrannical master who harms us as he pleases.

The crash happened late Tuesday morning near 105th Street and Avenue N in the East Side neighborhood. Two men being pursued were arrested as were two bystanders. The crash drew dozens of neighbors who protested the tactics of immigration agents.

The boy, who is Hispanic and African American, was held in a garage for five hours “without informing his family, stating any charges, or allowing him to call an attorney,” the statement said. He is a U.S. citizen, as is his entire immediate family, the release said.

ICE aims gun at Americans

Only >170 US citizens illegally detained, sometimes for days, by ICE. But that's just a minor inconvenience I'm sure.

Unanimous agreement by a 7th circuit appeals panel in favor of the district court order blocking deployment of the federalized national guard in Illinois.
What is the national guard going to do, go home?
Under whose authority?
Dictator can just ignore the Courts.

And besides, the real enemy is ICE. And they're not going anywhere.
If we were dealing with them properly... military would have cause to step in.

You need to build a movement that believes in the rule of law and stopping lawlessness. And it takes time to percolate to the public.

It is clear that the law still slows down the current administration, so why make it easier for them to ignore it more by just assuming a priori that they won't comply?

And why rush into violent rebellion? People like Miller would love for people to react violently - it would give them the propaganda win for calling out the military.
