I had been looking at these for my office rig. I was actually getting ready to shell out the $399. I guess the ease of use is what was leaning me toward it over water. Anyway, while looking for more specs and things today I stumbled on this site (link above) and it is on sale for $299.00! Great deal if you dont want to dink with an H2o setup. Check out the little vid, semi hot chicks shows the install.
 
It is a TEC system. Max temp was not above 35c on testing.
