Ic7 or is7?

IC7 or IS7-s? Seems they are both about the same except on is the 865pe chipset and the other is 875p. The ic7 also lacks an ethernet port which is a bitch but i can always buy a card. Is the 875p chipset worth sacrificing the lan port or not? Oh yeah one more thing will these fit a fat zalman 7000cu cooler on them? That mboard fan looks like it might get in the way. Thanks in advance for any input. Oh and is there any other options if i want a budget overclocking board for a 2.4c?

both are good, IC7 if you have the funds. is7 if not

Is there actually a performance difference though? Are there any benchmarks between the 2 anywhere? I dont mind spending the little extra money for performance but it is pretty anoying that it costs more yet doesnt include a lan port.
