IC7-Max 3 or IS7?

I just got the IS7 a few days ago. I see that I can exchange it for the IC7-Max 3 (and $80 difference). Is it worth the extra bucks?
I got a 2.6c (it'll do 2.8 @ 1:1 on the IS7) and a 512mb kit of HyperX PC3500 to go with it.

I doubt you will see much REAL WORLD differnec between the 2. Stay with what ya got until the next CPU's from AMD/Intel come out

stand pat until next year and wait for the A64 (after the socket change).

At 1:1, 865PE with Pseudo PAT (Abit GAT, Asus MAM, etc...) performs the same as the 875P.
When running ratios however, the 875P is superior as Pseudo PAT is turned off when running asynchronous.
