IC7 MAX 1:1 stability problem

I'm having trouble getting 1:1 stability over 260MHz. I had a IC7 before and I was able to get it into Win XP at 275MHz, at 2.8v. Now on the IC7 MAX even with 3.1v I can't get it over 270MHz, what gives? I tried the 12 and the beta BIOs. I have a 2.4c, OCZ PC4000 RAM. I'm running at 285MHz 5:4, its not having any problems with the 5:4 divider at high FSB, only 1:1. Any ideas?
