Hi,
I'm a first timer poster long timer reader. Just got ic-7g max2 + 2.4c + ocz 4000 ge 512mb yesterday. It was working fine until this morning I messed around with and set the the "Game Accelerator" setting to F1 in the bios (funny thing is I barely play pc games). Upon reboot the machine makes a long loud BEEP noise, it's about a 2sec beep, and it continues to beep until I turn shut the power on the powersupply. I get a blank screen at this point, and nothing I did has worked. I tried to clear the CMOS, pop the button battery unplug the ATX power from mobo.
Also unplugged every piece of hardware connected to the mobo with only cpu and ram left, it still makes the long beep + blank screen (obvious since there's no video).
Does anyone know what the long beep means or have encounter this problem? or is it time to send the Mobo back to newegg.
Thanks in advance.
