IC7 Bios overclocking - any newbie guides to bios options out there?

Got my 3g p4 into my ic7 running with 1Gig hyperx ddr500. Everything rock solid at default, made back up etc, now ready to play with some OC.

Any guides out there on which settings in Bios, and how they work for newbies?

got latest 1c7 16 bios.
