Allright, heres the deal. They've got some amazingly priced deals, I managed to configure a 2.4 quad, 4 gigs of RAM, Geforce 8800 GT, 500 gigs of harddrive with a 750w power-supply for $1600, all with Vista home premium 64-bit. Thats an incredibly competetively priced deal that I have yet to see matched ANYWHERE else.
I'm set to order it sometime this week, but, I've been having some misgivings. For one, their phoneline tech-support is virtually non-existant. I've tried and numerous occaiosns to reach them to no avail. That concerns me.
Also, I've read a lot of good reviews, and know some people personally who've said good things about them. There are also some bad reviews.
So, this is basically the final litmus test: can someone tell me if these guys are reliable or not? I love the PC I've configured, but I don't want to just hand over $1600 to an online company with no results or anything, anyone have personal experience with them?
