ibuypower.com info

Approximately 2 years ago I bought several barebone systems from them for home use and a couple complete systems for business use. The only problem that soured me towards them is that a hard drive died in a customer's PC after 1 day of use. Their on-site service was a joke, so I had to fly out to Colorado from California myself and replace the hard drive for a very good customer.

Back then they had decent prices, couldn't vouch for them today.

oh no, i bought a laptop from them, after 2 weeks battery charge wouldnt work, so i called them, they said they will replace the battery for 60, i said it's only 2 week sold, they still refused to replaced it, so i payed 60 dollars for the battery, it took them 2 months to get it shipped to me after i payed it.

not worth wasting your money on them, bad support and rude customer support

Everything so far that i have read online about their support is bad. pcworld did a review on one pc, then customers replyed to it saying of bad customer service experiences, you guys are the same thing. so i think they are like no way going to get my money.

My roommate bought a computer from them... $1400 for an xp2700 w/ 512 megs of DDR333 and a 9200se or something... = RIPOFF. Plus, it was getting blue screens in Winamp and Doom3. Anyway, I built him a rockin' system for the money he got back from it. Anyway, he did get his money back, but I couldn't reccommend their computers
