ibook won't start up sometimes, caplock key dies sometimes...

Bought it last October, I didn't send it back to Apple yet. The thing is this ibook would not start up sometimes, the screen is black not grey. I tried key combination with power button according to the manual, that solved the problem, sometimes. The caplock key would die sometimes. I had to remove the battery, turn over the keyboard and try again. This is the new ibook model. It should not be the logic board problem. Strange...anyone can share the light? Thanks.

Hey ..hate to say it..but it sounds like logic board. I had the same problem with my iBook the first day. I called over the tech support line through apple and they said it was a bad video card. When I got to the store the guy at the service desk said it was the logic board. I thought they fixed it and expressed my concerns. The apple person was an ass about it to me. He said that it doesnt just apply to the older ones. The nice thing was they had it...shippped it..and repaired it all within 3 days. I was happy. Go get it replaced while under warranty...hurry!

Definitely the logic board... get it fixed... apple has great service... if you send it out on a monday you'll likely have it back by thursday or friday.
