IBM website not working?

I'm trying to customize a laptop on IMB's site. When I click on the customize button on this page, I just get the IBM header and a picture of the laptop in the upper left corner.

Does this happen to anyone else? I've tried it from a few different PCs on my network all with the same results.

I get the header and the laptop pic, but the rest of the page loads fine in a separate frame.

Any ideas why it won't load for me? I've tried both IE5.5 and IE6.
