Does this place have a storefront? I'm close enough to drive and check it out, but I've never heard of them.

A ResellerRating of 1.94 for lifetime is pretty low and I'm not seeing any reviews outside of the 8 made in February 2005. Seems like a scam. If they have a store front, I'd be happy to run by and check it out. Or.... if someone gets ripped off, to go "negotiate" on your behalf.

EDIT:Also, not to crap, but being a new member with only one post really doesn't help take away the scent of a scam...

This company is an LLC, so I doubt they make their employees go to some website and order products. If they are a small startup in MN, they would probably let ya get it directly... I guess I'm only assuming here.

Yeah... Someone correct me if I'm jumping the gun, but the registrar info on crazyape points to an email addy @softwareonly.com which doesn't even have a front page, only an "under construction" page. Whois Source also relates the following domains:
