I have an IBM Thinkpad T41 2379-DJU running Windows XP SP2 Professional + All hotfixes.
My problem is that the laptop will not resume from a standby mode. It goes to sleep just fine, but when I press either the Fn+F4 or the Power key to wake it back up, its like it turns back on and then immediately locks up, leaving me looking at the Windows XP "workstation locked" screen but unable to move the mouse or type anything, and the cursor that is in the password textbox is not blinking like it should be, so the system does appear to lock.
I've tried applying IBM's "Power Management" drivers to no avail. Anybody have any other ideas?
